All donations made to The Veteran Tales Project go directly back to the project in order to help cover production costs. Most of the time I am traveling to the veteran's homes in order to capture these priceless memories to be able to share them with all of you. After I aquire their photographs, I then come home to scan them to use in the video, and to post them in the Photo Gallery page on the site. Once done with the photos, I then drive back to their homes in order to return the photos. I choose to deliver them back to them myself instead of using the mail system.

Each video is unique in its own way in regards to what it takes to complete the project. For example, when I was filming Lad's interview, it took me three seperate trips to his house to get all the footage needed to tell his story. We only had a window of about 3-4 hours to shoot each day. Each trip does cost time and money. I am honored to be able to come into these veteran's homes and lives in order to help tell their stories.

As the word has been spreading about The Veteran Tales Project, I can forsee the need to travel to farther distances in order to tell as many stories as possible. I am more than willing to do everything I can to accomplish my goal of telling history, one story at a time. Your donations are very much appreciated, and not taken for granted in any way. I hope to soon be able to offer books, dvd's, or something for donations made of specific amounts.
